Booking Customization - Inputting your Terms and Conditions!
This is crucial to all businesses, inputting and updating your terms and conditions of booking! These are attached to booking receipts, confirmation and reminder emails and are also shown on the booking screen to all customers before they confirm an order! Terms and conditions are shown to customers for both bookings and store orders. Terms and conditions are your protection, if you have a no show/late cancellation policy you must include this as well as any legal or insurance based information. We recommend checking with you legal body for compliance.
- All payments are processed through Stripe, if a client has an issue with a payment they can open a dispute through Stripe who also have their own terms and conditions. PAYMENT SCREEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS - this is shown to clients on BEFORE they make a payment, you must include your booking policy for example if you take a deposit what are the terms of this? Is it refundable or transferable? If a client makes this payment and doesn't attend their appointment you must include this and anything else that applies legally to your business.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - this appears at the bottom of the client's confirmation and reminder emails, this is mandatory to include your full terms and conditions even if they have already been incorporated into the payment screen. Client's must receive a copy of your booking terms to their email after booking. Again, you must include the terms of service, lateness policy, deposit policy, no show policy and any other legalities surrounding your business and insurance.
