All KiBook emails are unlimited!

KiBook sends the following emails from our systems to your client's inboxes without delay!

Confirmation/Receipts

Customers receive a confirmation email automatically when they book an appointment or place an order through your KiBook online store! You are also sent the same email to your inbox! Email's include the time/date/location of the appointment as well as the member of staff carrying out the service and the overall price. You can manually re-send this any time by clicking on the appointment > reminder. 

Cancellation Emails

Click a client appointment then click cancel to trigger a cancellation email. When you cancel a clients appointment on your KiBook calendar this sends an automated cancellation email to inform the client.

Reminders/Receipts

Clients receive an automatic reminder email 48 hours prior to their booking! You can manually send reminders at any time by clicking the appointment > reminder. This will send a further email! 

Check Out / Follow Up email -  We recommend clicking Check Out on a client’s appointment once they leave, this will send an email to the customer confirming they have attended the appointment, paid in full and can be a great way to get reviews!

instruction - Edit the Check Out email in Email Settings by asking the customers to review our Facebook/Google Page/Trustpilot. Checked out appointments will remain on the Appointments Calendar and will turn green. You can edit the message clients receive here!

** All clients are sent emails, please encourage clients to check their junk/spam folders and click onto their appointment to check if they entered the correct email address. **
