Group Bookings, Classes + Training
KiBook Admin users can now allow customers to book in for classes either on a one to one basis or multiple clients can book into the one time slot! Booking classes, training workshops etc has never been easier! You can now set how many clients can attend an appointment, you may now limit this to certain days of the week OR to a Limited Period - set a time period throughout the year you want this service to be bookable! 
This video demonstrates how to add a new service/class and how this looks to the client!
Group Bookings/Classes 🎉
Instructions;
- Open Services
- Click "+" to add a new service
- Enter Service information
- Scroll to the bottom and set the number of clients who can attend (photo below!)
- ps. Set the color you would like this booking to appear on your calendar below too!
Service Availability 📱
Instructions;
- Open Services
- Click "+" to add a new service
- Enter Service Information
- Scroll down to edit the Service Availability
- Select your preferred days of the week, this service will only be bookable by clients on your chosen days of the week!
Limited Period Bookings 📅
Instructions;
- Open Services
- Click "+" to add a new service
- Enter Service Information
- Scroll down to edit the Service Availability
- Set a limited time period you would like this service to be available, this will only be bookable between these dates and only these dates!
