How to Hide Your Address Until a Booking is Confirmed

If you work from home (or simply prefer not to share your location publicly), KiBook gives you the option to hide your address until a client has completed their booking and paid a deposit. This keeps your details private and ensures only confirmed clients see your directions.

How It Works

1. Before booking is confirmed

   • Clients can view your services, availability, and calendar.

   • Your address is hidden — they will only see a note such as “Address and directions will be sent once your booking is confirmed.”

    

2. After booking is confirmed

   • Once the client has entered their details and paid the required deposit, KiBook automatically includes your address in their confirmation email.

   • Only then does the client receive your exact location and directions.

    

How to Set It Up

1. Log in to your KiBook Admin Dashboard.

2. Go to Settings → Location.

3. Enter your full address as normal.

4. Toggle on “Hide address until booking confirmation”.

5. (Optional) Add a short disclaimer on your calendar, e.g.:
   “Address and directions will be sent once your booking is confirmed.”

That’s it! From now on, clients will only see your address once their booking is complete and deposit has been paid.
