How to Update Your Booking Link

If you’d like to change your official KiBook booking link (URL), our team needs to make this change for you. This helps us ensure your requested link is available and avoids any conflicts.

Steps to Request a New Booking Link

  1. Email Your Request
    Send an email to contact@kibook.co.uk with the following details:
    • Your current booking link
    • The new booking link you’d like to use
    • The date/time you’d like this change to take effect
  2. We’ll Check Availability
    Our team will check if your requested link is available and confirm the change with you.
  3. We’ll Make the Update
    Once confirmed, we’ll update your booking link and let you know as soon as it’s live.

While You Wait

You can update your logo and business name at any time by going to My Business > Info in your KiBook dashboard.
